I'm NOT imagining things!  Here's proof AND from my own office! 

Notice on my PC screen below the gobbly line that goes through my screen.  It repeats throughout my blog when I scroll down.



However, on my PC sitting right next to this one, there is NOTHING!  No gobbly!

NOTHING!  Go figure!  At least I've discovered I can STOP trying to fix something only I can see anyway!
