Zig Zag Accordian card

Sew Thankful is the TAC stamp set I chose to design these special fold cards using the Scor-Pal and Scor-Buddy tools.  I enjoy creating cards that are somewhat "not ordinary" and hope you will be inspired by these.  This first card is a Zig Zag Accordian card.

For this  colorful card I used the Miss Moxie SWIC paper and Miss Moxie cardstock, Premium white cardstock and Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I colored with Copic Markers R24, R27, R29, Y35, Y38, E31, E33, E29, and N1.  Small wires were used to hold the pop-up images, Pop Dot to give dimension to the stamped images and sentiments.

This next card, a Tri-fold Slant card, features TAC's Black & White free download paper.  You must try the free downloads.  They are so easy to print on your home printer on either paper or cardstock and use as often as you need them.  I also used Premium white cardstock and Black Raven Cardstock.  Again the Scor-buddy and also the Scor-Bug were great tools for this card.

The sewing machine image is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Spellbinders Impressabilities Big Scalloped Squares Lg. and popped up with a Pop Dot. I colored with Copic Markers N1, N4, and N7.  The flower is made from Bitty Blossoms flowers and Elizabeth Blossoms & Buttons

This Stand Alone Card is made with another of TAC's free download paper, Robin.  Not much of it shows on this card, but it was enough to coordinate with the green I wanted for the image.  The brown cardstock is from the Angelee SWIC cardstock from The Angel Company, and I again used Premium White cardstock.  The images and saying are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Copic Markers YG11, YG13, YG17, R81, R83, R85, E31, E33 were used for coloring.  I used an earth brown Tombow marker to draw stitch lines around the main image.  A small green and black ribbon was added as an embellishment.  Pop Dot used to pop out the images and sentiment.

The next card is a Double Pocket Card made with TAC's Maggie SWIC paper collection and Maggie SWIC cardstock, and also Willoughby SWIC cardstock.  The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Ivory Ultrasmooth cardstock.

Spellbinders Nestabilites Labels 9 were used for the sewing machine image.  I colored with Copic Markers R81, R83, R85, YG13, YG17, N0 and N1.  The Scor-Bug was used to make stitch marks across one pocket.

Double Pocket card2

Embellishments of a pink button, Pink Scrapper's Floss, a pink ribbon, and a swirl clip (white painted with R85 Copic marker) on the insert cards.  I used a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the button and Pop Dot to pop up the sewing machine image.  Palette Boudoir Blush ink was used to stamp the button.

This last card is one that I first made for the Retiform Blog Hop and enjoyed the Sew Thankful stamp set so much that I decided to use it for the projects.  It is an Easle Card.

The image is stamped with Tuxedo Black ink in the center of a piece of Premium White cardstock first.  Then using pieces of typing paper, I masked off areas around the image and sponged on ink using  Palette Ink pads Landscape, Starry Night and Lavendar Sachet.  Other background stamps (Vintage Backgrounds and Background Soup) were used to fill the the collage.  I used the Scor-Pal tool to scor and fold my cardstock.  The white front piece is layered over green and then blue cardstock.

To make the Easle Card stand up, I place two blue buttons on the foreground.  The lace was made from a Martha Stewart Lace edge punch.
