Watercolor with Zig Clean Color Pens by Mischelle Smith

I haven't been able to put down my Clean Color Pens since I picked them up ... I LOVE them ... and I'm obsessed!  So I was certain that my border stamps, especially the Jumping Geometrics, would be PERFECT for some coloring play.  I stamped a pile of cards up using my Tuxedo Black ink and started coloring away.

And then ... I stumbled upon THIS post by Jennifer McGuire {CLICK HERE} and knew I had to emboss my images in GOLD.  Can I say ... I LOVE the results!  These cards are SO gorgeous in person ... if I do say so myself.  {smiles}
This geometric design is my absolute favorite to color ... I LOVE it!  And ... there are so many pattern possibilities to play with.  Of course ... I went crazy ...
I also LOVE attaching the vellum overlay with my Tombow Mono Glue.  I apply this to the back of the copy, onto the vellum, and it's perfect!
And then I thought this would look so elegant all in gold!
So many ideas.  I must say ... the geometric images are PERFECT and combined with the gold embossing ... they are right on trend.  All I can say is LOVE!

I also LOVE these note cards from CTMH ... I only have to layer my watercolor card fronts onto them and they look PERFECT together!  These are the cream color and they are velvety soft perfection!  They make my card making so much easier!

After a stack of cards ... that's a wrap!
