I LOVE this tutorial!  Here Julie takes a trash-can worthy bottle and breathes new life into it!

I also LOVE Julie's tip for stamping the tag!  I would have NEVER thought of that, however, I can guarantee that I'll be doing it from now on!

GREAT project Julie!  And something each of us can easily do at home ... recycle, re-purpose and bless someone all at the same time!  That is a beautiful thing!
