Rainbows and sparkles ... one of the happiest combinations there could be.  I knew this darling new collection ... Rainbow ... from Vera Lane Studio would look gorgeous in a CAS, white layout with kisses of my clear sparkle gel pen.
I recently found this cloud embossing folder at JoAnn's and was so excited I picked it up ... a girl can't beat half price!  I LOVE the combination of rainbow and clouds!  Combine with MFT's Blueprints dies and I have a wonderfully put together card.
When I started this card it was going to be monochromatic ... and that's all I remember.  LOL!  I must have been having lots of fun playing with my Distress Oxide Inks while creating this background.  Seriously tho ... they are THE.BEST.INKS.EVER!
